What are some concerns and standards for a spouse to strive for regarding care of their spouse's rear?

What are some concerns and standards for a spouse to strive for regarding care of their spouse's rear end or what goes on below the belt line.

This is a serious question. I am thinking this is something that can go overlooked in a marital relationship. The result is possible friction later on down the road in marriage.

If all you can think of is sex then please give a little more explanation. And I am getting at other issues besides sex. What are some concerns and standards for a spouse to strive for regarding care of their spouse's rear?
TAKE CARE OF IT AS IT WAS YOUR OWNWhat are some concerns and standards for a spouse to strive for regarding care of their spouse's rear?
can you give a little more detail? I'm really not understanding your questioin.
What are you trying to ask? I don't understand the question. Why don't you rephrase it and dispense with the euphemisms?
Are you sure this isn't an automotive question?
Don't speak in code tell us specifically what your question is then we can answer it.

Are you asking if the spouse shaves the hair below the belt line? Or what the heck!
Not sure what you're asking here. Everyone should be responsible for care of their own rear end and anything else below the belt line. By marriage age a person should be able to care for their own, um, parts.
Yes, additional ';comments'; would help make the question more clear.
Your girl isn't washing her behind??? Menstrual???

It's vague but I personally wouldn't be with anyone with bad hygiene. Just me though.
Your question is not real clear, so I'm going to assume what you are asking...

All I can offer is info for a book that is for married couples only, showing the Christian perspective of both the psychological and physiological aspects in intimacy.
Beyond sex??? Can you please explain specifically where you are going?

  • I am a us citizen and married to a forign spouse how do i do my taxes when my wife does not have a SSN?

Everytime i try and do my taxes i can never do it cause my wife does not have a SSN cause shes a forign spouse and i can not do my taxes????I am a us citizen and married to a forign spouse how do i do my taxes when my wife does not have a SSN?
    You have TWO options:

    1) MFJ: Married Filing Jointly. Follow the other advice here: Form W7 to get an ITIN for your wife. Hire a tax preparer to assist you in getting it right, as it's easy to make a mistake on the form and when you do, it takes forever to rectify it.

Pros: You get MFJ deductions and rates.

Cons: You are taxed on both you and your wife's worldwide income. If she's got a lot of investments, she ain't gonna be happy about it. If she's destitute, it's no skin off her back. If she's somewhere in-between, get advice from a professional tax preparer about whether it makes sense to tax her in the US on her income.

    2) MFS: Married Filing Separately. You do not list your wife or include her income on your return.

Pros: No need to get an SSN or ITIN for your wife. File based only on what you earned. Easy-peasy.

Cons: Higher tax rates. Deal with it.

There is a third option if you have children who are either US citizens or US residents and your wife does not meet the definition of a Resident Alien. You can file as Head of Household even if you live with your NRA spouse. The IRS regs on this are quoted below.I am a us citizen and married to a forign spouse how do i do my taxes when my wife does not have a SSN?
Why doesn't your wife have an SSN? She shouldn't be working in the US if she doesn't. Just put you on your taxes, file single.
You pay U.S. taxes. You need to contact a good CPA to determine how to tax your wife.
She must have an alien registration number or wait, is she still in her country? If she is, then you have to use the number she uses to do her taxes. I had to go to H%26amp;R block to do mine last year. I was in the same situation. You have to have a special form. Are you trying to file together? I don't have enough info to give you a straight answer. e-mail me.
If your spuse is not eligible for an SSN she must obtain an ITIN. Form W-7, ';Application for IRS Individual Taxpayer Identification Number,'; is available from this link here:

    http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw7.pdf

She can apply for an ITIN by taking the completed Form W-7 and supporting documents to certain IRS offices or, if you are outside the U.S., to the U.S. consular office. Call your local IRS office to see if it accepts Form W-7 applications. The IRS also designates certain financial institutions, university offices (ask your international studies office) and other federal agencies as ';acceptance agents,'; which you can also apply through.

You have the option of mailing her application to the IRS, but she must include her original passport, driver's license, birth certificate and other things, so this is not prudent for the security of her documents. Submit her Form W-7 early, because it takes a few weeks for the IRS to process your application.

You may call the IRS toll-free at 1-800-829-1040 for information and help in completing your Form W-7 and your tax return, or to check on the status of your application six weeks after submitting Form W-7.

After recieving her ITIN you should be able to file your taxes as married filing jointly barring any exceptions due to any information not provided to me about your situation.
You file a ';W-7'; with your return.

A return prepared this way can not be electronically filed. It must be mailed to a special address in Pennsylvania. The address is included with the instruction for the W-7.
contact the IRS or Soc Sec Administration %26amp; get a taxpayer ID number--it's free; not having one is not an excuse for not filing (in their eyes)

Need Advice From A Lawyer: What to do if your spouse [partner] prevents you from getting a job?

Ok, first we are not married, and we live in an apartment. With his job alone we can't [not even] barely make it, so he thinks a second job and going to college will improve things for us. I think 2 jobs and college is unrealistic and he will get very much stressed and take it on me (yes, we have a terrible argumentative life as it is). He is dealing with much stress. Meanwhile I can't mention I want to get a job because he is against it and says that I will be unfaithful to him at work.

Meanwhile all I want is to be able to afford to buy myself the things I want, and to fend for myself. I don't want to break up (just in case you're thinking I should leave). Is there any law that will protect me to avoid him using that as an excuse to break up with me?

I don't want to leave him because we have a baby together. ThanksNeed Advice From A Lawyer: What to do if your spouse [partner] prevents you from getting a job?
Are you from this planet??? You are talking about a man who obviously has the predisposition of being physically abusive if he hasn't been already. Who cares if you have a baby. When I had just entered my 3rd month of pregnancy my son's father raised his hand to me in a drunken stupor. He never had the opportunity to strike me because I lunged at him ready to kill him! Waking me up to tell me how he is the man of the house, blah blah blah. WHATEVER. Last I heard is he had a heart attack and the worms were feasting on him. GOOD. Is it true? Who knows. Do I care? NO. He too controlled me. I lost touch with my family and some how or another I lost touch with my friends. He made sure to keep me away from everyone with excuses. Last straw was he raised his hand to me. My son is four years old now and I haven't seen that SOB since the day after that incident (New Years Day 2003.) Get the heck away from that man for the sake of the baby. Gosh women like you need serious pyschological help and if that doesn't work a total lobotomy. I had my son by myself and a man like that he doesn't need in his life. By the sound of it you are setting yourself up for some serious beat downs if you haven't received them already and a horrible life for your child. Oh for the record. Those types of men have been known to kill the woman and child(ren.) Wake up!Need Advice From A Lawyer: What to do if your spouse [partner] prevents you from getting a job?
I sincerely with all my heart wish you the best. But please if he continues with that controlling attitude you really need to re-evaluate your relationship and consider moving on.

    Not sure where you are...

but, understnd you do NOT need a lawyer, since your partner is not preventing you from getting a job.

You are making your own choice to live there, and you are making your choice to go along with what he is telling you. There is no law to keep him from breaking up with you, for that or any other reason.

There is NO law in this country (US) that is relevant to what you are saying.

You are making all your own choices. Lawyers are for legal matters... not two persons who cannot come to an agreement.
    ummmmmmm............

this is really confusing. the only person who can stop you from getting a job is yourself. why would you want a law to keep him from breaking up with you??? thats just odd in my opinion. if you want a job go get one if he breaks up with you because of it than kiss the ground you walk on and thank God that you aren't married with 5 kids. why aren't you married anyhow with a child. the military will put you in houseing and give you more money. anyway this is just an odd question.
He is controlling and it is time for you to go before it gets worse. He won't let you work. Next he will tell you that you can't see your friends or family.

    Time to run Sweetie.....................
You don't want to hear this, but remember that you did hear it here:

This is the classic control situation that leads to physical abuse and worse.

    What a piece of work!

My suggestin to you is to at least call the local womens shelter, read them your message, and mine and see what advice they have.

As for a lawyer, forget it, the only thing that is keeping you from getting a job is you. You stay willingly and submit to it, but nothing is making you do it. there is help available, but a lawyer is not what you need until he starts beating the crap out of you.

    Good luck!
A law that will protect you from him avoiding him using you as an excuse to break up? Is that your question. Short answer, there is no such law.

You are not legally obligated to him in any manner shape or form at the current moment. You may at some point be legally tied to him and to you through your child in common but that would be about it...unless you marry him....and I would strongly advise against that.

The other advise that you have received so far is advise that you should really follow.

    Good luck to you.

Have you ever tried to talk to your spouse the way you talk to your friends about your spouse?

how do you think that would fare...good or bad?Have you ever tried to talk to your spouse the way you talk to your friends about your spouse?
I say nothing but good stuff about my spouse to my friends.......Have you ever tried to talk to your spouse the way you talk to your friends about your spouse?
I never talk bad about my spouse to anyone. To do so is a betrayal of our trust and friendship. So, yes, the nice things I say about my spouse to my friends I also talk about to my husband. If my husband and I have disagreements him and I try to work it out together. I find if you allow other people into the private issues of your marriage it cause trouble for gossip later. No matter how kind your friends are, they will tend to side with you than with your spouse when it comes to complaining. This is not a fair way to settle conflict.
I don't think a person should say anything about their spouse that they would not say to their spouse themselves. I know we all need a friend to vent to sometimes, but if your spouse overheard you, he or she should not be surprised by what they hear. They might be angry, like ';There she goes again, complaining about...'; but they should not be surprised.
Well i think its wise to talk to your spouse the way you talk to your friends, the most important thing about love is communication, trust and passion and all this can be achieved by talking a lot with your spouse....most times such communications can bring about more revealing details of your spouse. And at the other hand its unwise to talk about your spouse to friends or else its kind of a huge stuff you got to deal with........you might wanna get more guides on relationships on

    All the time.

I wouldn't say something to my friends that I wouldn't say to my wife...good or bad. ';Bad'; as in something that bugs me. Honestly she is a frickin' Saint for putting up with me.

    sigh.
Probably good. I speak very highly of my husband. Except to my best friend she gets the good, the bad and the ugly. But he knows that, so again he wouldn't be all that surprised.
Good. I have never told them anything I haven't told him. He is a great man, I don't have much to whine to them about.
First off I do not believe we should ever bad mouth our spouses to our friends. Some things need to be kept private. Besides that I speak to them al the same way
Good that I was up front and honest, bad that she didn't like hearing that she doesn't put out like she used to.
no, but sometimes I give him the attitude I use when talking about him.
I really don't have any one around here that I can talk to. If I did, it would all be good. I think he could handle that.
I pretty much do I think. Wow, you have definitely given me something to think about!
I have no friends and don't talk with my ol man.....
I dont really ever have bad things to say about my man. If I'm upset with him.. I vent to my friends.. but tell him pretty much the same thing... just directed AT HIM.
he would be jealous cause they get spanked more than he does

If you die in Texas without a will does your spouse inherit all your assests?

That's not an easy answer. Texas is a community property state. The presumption is that all property is community property and therefore the spouse takes all. But-that's just a presumption and can be overcome. Also, community property does not include property received by gift or inheritance or property owned before marriage. To analyze your question properly, we would have to know the nature of the property in question. If you die in Texas without a will does your spouse inherit all your assests?
Normally yes, but that would not prevent another family member from contesting all or part of the estate. You are much safer having a will.
