As long as it takes to sufficiently heal emotionally. If you have children, until they are ready too.

Into your home for what? losing, as in death, or divorce?


only god has that answer, sometimes people are blessed right away, others might need a time to heal. If you have faith, pray and trust in god. and it sounds like you feel guilty about having someone so soon, let go of the guilt, who cares what other people think, you take into consideration your own circumstances and decide. If there are children involved, I would think to give your self dating rights, but a little time before a partner would move in.
