By law in a divorce if the spouse is a gambler and did?

this to a marriage can the other spouse have the house and alimony and child support.By law in a divorce if the spouse is a gambler and did?
Child support is a given if you have full custody, the reason for the divorce has nothing to do with that. As far as alimony you can request it stating a financial hardship due to his gambling, that you need the money to start over, etc.

You can request the house however its quite likely you will get it especially if you have full custody of the child. A judge would never make you and a child move out, and let the hubby keep the house. You can also mention his gambling addiction and discuss your worry about him losing the house, etc.By law in a divorce if the spouse is a gambler and did?
gambling is not illegal. If it's to the point where they are not a fit parent you may be able to get custody. It depends on your state's laws. Talk to an attorney - that's why they spend $100K+ to go to school.
you need to check what the laws are in your state, if the spouse is proven to be unfit, or unstable, probably
