It will take much longer becasue he has to sign and a judge can not make someone sign divorce papers. He can keep refusing the terms of the divorce decree to prolong it meaning you will be married longer and even it a divorce is granted...the other person has 30 days to file an appeal meaning....the divorce is voided and ti will start all over againCould a person still get a divorce if their spouse does not want a divorce?
